SPRINGFIELD — Several members of a family are embroiled in a legal battle after one sibling allegedly shot another in 2023.
Salam and Amira Zebian of West Springfield were visiting Salam Zebian’s parents and brother at their home in Westfield on Aug. 18, 2023, according to a lawsuit filed earlier this month (by Attorney Peter Slepchuk) in Hampden Superior Court. Salam was shot by his brother Dean Zebian while his children played just outside the house, according to the claim and court records in a criminal case.
